Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that item. A product is not secured until your order has been successfully placed and accepted.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time before you complete your purchase.

Brock Driven reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory errors, resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After you place an order, you may receive an order-confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order request; it does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order.

Your order is accepted when Brock Driven processes the order and sends a shipping confirmation, or otherwise confirms acceptance. We may cancel an order before shipment if an item is unavailable, a pricing or product description error occurred, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or the order violates these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the amount paid for the canceled item(s).

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, available delivery options, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Brock Driven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect customer-provided addresses, incomplete addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact the carrier and Brock Driven as soon as possible so we can review available options.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these Terms & Conditions.

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible, returned items must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging, when applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Brock Driven within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We will review the request and may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Brock Driven will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for standard returns, including returns due to sizing, preference, or change of mind. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our refund policy should be displayed or linked where shoppers can access it before checkout. New York consumer guidance states that online stores must display or hyperlink their refund policies before checkout; if a retailer does not post a return policy, New York law may require acceptance of unused, undamaged returns within 30 days.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, and limited-time sales are subject to the terms stated with that offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
  

• Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, gift cards, or excluded products.

If you work with Brock Driven as an influencer, ambassador, affiliate, or paid promoter, you must clearly disclose any material connection to Brock Driven in accordance with applicable advertising rules. The FTC says advertising claims must be truthful, non-deceptive, and supported by evidence, and disclosures must be clear and conspicuous.
